	Names, addresses, account numbers, balances & monthly payments of all loans and credit cards.
	Last quarterly or 3 months 401K/investment/IRA statements (include all pages).
	Real estate owned.
	Name of homeowners insurance agent and phone number.
	Loan information on other real estate owned.
	Certificate of Eligibility & DD214's (for VA Loans).
	Money for Credit Report and Appraisal.
	Copy of Purchase Agreement (only on purchases).
